I work with mid-level managers, senior professionals and C-suite leaders, primarily in finance, trading, consulting and corporate leadership, who are delivering results on the outside but running at overcapacity on the inside.
They're smart, capable and used to solving complex problems. But when the internal pressure builds, the mental rehearsing, the perfectionism, the boundary collapse, the inability to switch off, even the strongest performers hit a ceiling their current approach can't break through.
Most manage this quietly.
Not because they're weak.
But because they've always handled pressure and assume this is simply the price of high performance.

Clearer decisions with less mental rehearsing beforehand
Leading your team without carrying everyone else's uncertainty
Communication that lands with confidence and without the emotional cost
Boundaries that protect your capacity without damaging relationships
The ability to switch off, recover and return genuinely restored
Career progression that feels intentional, not accidental

Every client I work with is different. I don't use generic frameworks or motivational scripts. I take time to understand your specific environment, your patterns and what's actually driving the load.
Meetings are 75–90 minutes, online via Microsoft Teams or in person in London or Sevenoaks. You have access to me between meetings so you're never waiting for your next appointment when something comes up.
The work is practical, specific and built around you.
I hold an MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick, an IAPC&M-accredited Level 5 Elite Coach certification and a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, with over 900 hours of client work across leadership, performance and professional development.
What this means in practice is that I bring a rare combination of lived experience, deep psychological training and commercial understanding. I know your environment from the inside, having spent 17 years in high-stakes finance. And I understand the psychology beneath the pressure - the thinking loops, the boundary collapse, the inability to switch off - not as concepts but as mechanisms I am trained to work with at depth.
